I am a traveler, golfer, musician, foodie, whisky lover and general critic of many things. I love to travel and play golf, not necessarily in that order. One of the best things about travel is the chance to enjoy new people, places and the regional cuisine. I love listening to and playing music. My instrument of choice is the guitar. My favorite music styles are, well, just about all of them, but if push came to shove, it would be blues and classic rock.
Not too long ago, I joined a group of golfers that travel to fun destinations to play golf. Twice a year, we travel to places like Australia, Canada, Mexico, Sweden and Spain for 4 day golf tournaments. It has been a wonderful chance to meet new people from all over the world and play some great golf courses.
I am a guitar player and play for my own enjoyment. I have played in rock bands and worship bands and playing in front of other people is still a great time. I like to collect guitars and to date, have collected more than I should. It may be time to start putting them back into the wild.
I have enjoyed whisky for years but only recently spent a good deal of time learning more about them. I put on a tasting class for my extended family and that fueled my passion. I now enjoy teaching others about them whenever they are at our home. Enjoy your whisky responsibly! Whatever that may mean.
I also love technology, whether it is a new pair of headphones, the latest battery operated security cameras, cheap action cameras or a Tesla Supercharger shaped power pack. Most of the time it is all good fun.
